Spring 2024 Billing timeline

• If registered for classes, charges now display in My Akron.
• Scholarships, grants and loans offers also display in My Akron.
• Scholarships and grants automatically appear as Anticipated Aid on your student account. Loans must be accepted before they appear as Anticipated Aid. Accept your loans online.

• If needed, you can sign up for the PPP Thursday, November 16, 2023 until Monay, January 29, 2024.

• eBill link is sent to your UA email account
• Scholarships and grants are automatically considered as ‘Anticipated Aid’ on your eBill.
• Loans will not be seen as Anticipated Aid until they have been accepted. Accept your loans online.
• You can arrange payment.

• Scholarships and grants will move from Anticipated Aid and be applied as payment to your student account
• Loans are applied to your student account provided you have:
  • Accepted the loans
  • Completed the Direct loan Master Promissory Note
  • Completed Entrance Counseling (new loan borrowers only)
• Qualifying students who have financial aid that exceeds the amount due will be mailed a refund check beginning 7-10 days after disbursement.
• Make sure your mailing address is correct! Use My Akron to verify and update your address.

• Full payment is due. If you don't plan to attend, you should drop your classes right away to avoid financial responsibility. 
• You can enroll in the Promise to Pay Payment Plan.
• UA reserves the right to drop your classes if you have not arranged payment. Learn about payment options.
