Our teacher licensure programs are fully accredited and lead to becoming a fully licensed educator in the State of Ohio.

Early Childhood Education (Age 3- Grade 5)
- Primary Inclusive Teacher Preparation Program - Earn 2 licenses in 130 hours!
Middle Level Education (Grades 4-9)
- Middle Level Education - Choose two concentration areas (you may also add an intervention specialist licensure):

Special Education
Age 3 - Grade 3
Grades K - 12
Secondary Education (Adolescent to Young Adult or AYA; Grades 7-12)

PITP, Middle Level, AYA, Mild/Moderate, and Moderate/Intensive post baccalaureate programs. - Middle Level Generalist (Grades 4-6) Endorsement
UA offers this endorsement, which is an additional content area that can be added to an existing middle level licensure (Grade 4-9, initial teacher licensure). Endorsements are officially recognized areas by the Ohio Department of Education.
