A “live” omelet, waffle and pasta station, salmon with dill sauce, chicken Marsala and orange cheesecake highlight the menu of The University of Akron Hospitality Club’s winter warm-up brunch, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 21, at the Crystal Room restaurant in Gallucci Hall at 200 E. Exchange St., Akron. Open to the public, the all-you-can eat buffet also includes such delights as sausage gravy biscuits, bacon and sausage, home fries, chocolate strawberry mousse and more.
Cost is $12.95 for seniors and students, $8.95 for children ages 3 to 12 and $14.95 for other supporters. Parking is free. Proceeds benefit the UA Hospitality Club by subsidizing educational trips and activities.
