Polymer college welcomes thermal and rheology instrumentation scientist

Nancy Concepcion is joining the UA community as an Instrumentation Scientist for the College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering and will be overseeing much of the thermal and rheology equipment.

She is a graduate of The University of Saint Francis where she studied Chemistry. Nancy also earned her MBA from the University of Missouri – St Louis. She has worked as a Lab Manager for Spartech Plastics and PolyOne (PDI). Her expertise includes fire science testing, analytical chemistry and mechanical testing.

Nancy and her husband Carlos live in Chagrin Falls with their 3 dogs. They enjoy college football, supporting animal rescue, and binge-watching mystery TV series.
