Home and Community-Based Intervention
Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS): Trainings and Resources
Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) are types of person-centered care delivered in the home and community. A variety of health and human services can be provided.
HCBS programs generally fall into two categories: health services and human services. HCBS programs may offer a combination of both types of services and do not necessarily offer all services from either category.
