Developing Inclusive Teams

It’s time to breakdown the silo’s and develop an inclusive team. What good is having a diverse team if you don’t seek or value everybody’s opinions and thoughts? Allowing everybody to have a seat at the table is the responsibility of both the leader of the team, but also those being led. The impact of not creating an inclusive environment leads to disengagement and high turnover.


Communication in the Workplace: Managing Difficult Conversations

We’ve all had bad experiences with challenging conversations. Maybe it was during a performance review, maybe it was when a team member wasn’t pulling their weight. It’s important to know what your communication style as well as those on the team. Learn strategies for how to prepare for these conversations and how to manage the exchange so it goes as smoothly as possible.

The 6th Annual E.D.G.E Leadership Conference takes place on Saturday, February 16th, 2019. Through personal reflection and group activities, attendees will learn from trained facilitators about the personality and leadership indicator, True Colors. The leadership acronym,"E.D.G.E.," will be broken down in a way you will not want to miss!

  • Registration begins at 8:30am
  • True Colors training and activities takes place from 9am-10:30am
  • Leadership Sessions takes place from 1pm-3pm
  • Event wrap-up begins around 3pm and will conclude by 3:30pm
