Meeting Minutes
SEAC meets on a monthly basis to approve minutes, discuss staff concerns, and review various proposals and ideas. The committee hears reports from many committees such as The Benefits and Wellness Committee, Faculty Senate, Board of Trustees, OAC, University Council as well as several internal subcomittees. Members occasionally attend Ohio Staff Council for Higher Education (OSCHE) conferences. OSCHE is composed of staff members from other universities, with councils similar to SEAC. The meetings allow members to form a network of communication between staff councils, allowing them to compare and discuss policies and determine best practices.
