RISING TO THE NEXT CHALLENGE

Richard believes one of the things UA students should do before they graduate is conduct research under the guidance of a professor, which he did to earn unique skills and to make himself more marketable to graduate schools and employers. He says the faculty in the college and its dedicated co-op program staff focus on making sure their students earn not only degrees, but also jobs.
