Every Aspect of the FNS program – its mission, courses, core competencies and internships – was developed in partnership with experts in the food industry. 

  • UA’s Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Sciences includes a strong food, science, and nutrition-based curriculum combined with business and management courses
  • Graduates wishing to continue on in dietetics will have completed the pre-requisites to UA’s Dietetics- GP Master of Public Health
