Martin Luther King Jr. Day Activities Fair

The Martin Luther King Jr. Day Activities Fair was held in the Student Union Ballroom this year. Open to all, the fair strove to make the observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day one that honors the civil rights leader as a “day on” rather than a “day off.” Community, UA student organizations, as well as the School of Social Work faculty and MSW students provided activities and information that encourage nonviolence, civic responsibility, respect for differences and the importance of education.
