- Field Instructor Guidelines
- The submission process for all Field Education documents is completed using the cloud-based platform called Experiential Learning Cloud, formerly Tevera.
- Students complete and submit documentation in the cloud based platform which then submits to the field instructor for signature.
- Field Instructor reviews for accuracy, signs the documentation which then sends the document to Field Faculty Liaison.
- Field Faculty Liaison reviews for accuracy and signs.
- Field Coordinator will review and upon completion of all documents assigns a grade for the semester.
- Agency Roster: Web-based listing of agencies available for field placement [If you are interested in adding your organization to the roster, removing your agency, and/or updates needed, please contact Lisa Crites at lkc6@uakron.edu
- Agency Acceptance Form to be completed when accepting students for field practicum/internship.
