Biography

Veronica is a doctoral student at the university of Akron, at department of sociology. She earned her BA in Sociology from University of Ghana and MSc. Geographic Information system from the university of Akron, and currently pursuing her PhD in Sociology at University of Akron.

Her research centers on crime and deviance, medical sociology and substance abuse. Presently, she is an instructional support assistant for introduction to sociology class.
