The Office of Academic Affairs (OAA), under the leadership of the Senior Vice President and Provost, supports the academic, research and service goals of the University. OAA works with administrators, faculty and staff to strengthen academics across campus and increase student success.

Transition After Retirement Program (TARP)
The TARP is designed to allow employees to transition from active employment into retirement with limited duties, by maintaining a presence on campus through a variety of means. TARP is an ongoing program and will operate with a rolling application window.
