Food and Environmental Nutrition Program

This program provides students with expertise in food industry requirements, such as food product design, safely regulations, food management and costing, communication, cultural diversity, entrepreneurship, branding and understanding of the cross-functioning team approach. This is accomplished by incorporating a food, science, and nutrition based curriculum partnered with business and management.
