Brunch features fall harvest spread

The University of Akron’s Hospitality Club will present an all-you-can-eat Fall Harvest Brunch, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 15, at the Crystal Room in Gallucci Hall on the UA campus, 200 E. Exchange St., Akron.

Duets of salmon with dill cream sauce, glazed apple cider chicken, rice pilaf, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, French toast and other longtime favorites will line the brunch buffet table while an omelet and crepe station will break from tradition and give diners a made-to-taste experience. Homemade apple pie or pumpkin cheesecake for dessert will top off this hearty feast prepared by UA’s hospitality management students.

Cost is $5.95 for children, $9.95 for seniors and students, and $12.95 for all other persons. Parking is free. Proceeds benefit the UA Hospitality Club.
