Books can be found by searching the UA Libraries Catalog. Make sure to select the proper search terms, whether you're searching by keyword, title or author.

Journals can be found using the A-Z list, which can also be accessed on the library homepage by clicking the “E-Journals” tab. Note: search for specific journals using the “Title” and “Subject” tabs within the A-Z list.

How can I check my library account?
You can access your library account by clicking the My Library link at the top of the library homepage. When you enter your UANet ID and password, you'll be able to view and renew checked-out materials, holds, and request materials.

Located on the ground floor of Bierce Library, the Curriculum Center contains textbooks, young adult literature, fiction and non-fiction. These materials are useful for students in the College of Education to develop lesson plans and practice teaching.

What services does MediaTech Provide
MediaTech Services is located on the first floor of Bierce Library and offers computer and technical services for UA students, including UANet ID and password reset. What is ILLiad?
Inter-Library Loan (ILLiad) is a free service for all students, staff, and faculty engaging in research of book titles, journal articles, theses and dissertations. Users can create and log into their ILL account using the ILL tab on the library homepage. Items are requested and delivered electronically through a user's ILLiad account. What is OhioLINK?
OhioLINK is a statewide consortium that links all academic libraries in Ohio together. This allows student, library patrons, faculty, and staff to borrow and request materials from other academic institutions within the state. For a complete list of services visit our page on OhioLink.
