The Summer Meltdown represents one of the region’s most highly-anticipated street parties and draws nearly 10,000 attendees from across Northeast Ohio to the heart of Lakewood.

This fixture on the city’s summer calendar took place on Detroit Avenue in Downtown Lakewood between Marlowe and Elmwood.

A “something for everyone” event, the Summer Meltdown offered seemingly endless recreation and celebration opportunities, including a 5K race, 1 Mile Kids Fun Run, street festival, bike raffle, live music, food vendors, outdoor activities and more.
