COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS
Would you like to save time and money toward your future college degree? College Credit Plus (CCP) provides Ohio students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to enroll in college classes to earn both college and high school credit tuition FREE.
At The University of Akron we assist each CCP student to reach their personal and academic goals.
WHAT
The College Credit Plus program was created by the Ohio Legislature to allow students to enroll in a college or university to earn both college credit and credit for classes grades 7-12, tuition free.
WHO
Any Ohio students in grades 7-12 who are enrolled in any public, private, parochial, or home school are eligible for College Credit Plus.

The College Credit Plus program will help you get a head start to earning your degree faster and by potentially saving you money!
WHEN
Application deadlines:
- SUMMER/FALL: SUMMER/FALL: To begin in the summer (May/June/July) or fall semester (August) apply by April 15.
- SPRING: To begin in the spring semester (January) apply by Oct. 15.
