REGISTRATION FOR TEACHERS
Registration for Teachers (or at least the lead teacher) is REQUIRED THIS YEAR.
Registration allows you to review your students' work and progress.
If you registered last year, please use the same log-in information this year. Email us at email@example.com to request a reminder of your login ID.

Students cannot make progress on their registration until you register, so please do not delay.
Students who select you as their teacher as part of "Project Information" will appear on your student list. (If a student is missing from your list, s/he needs to log in, click "Project Information", then click the little blue "EDIT" icon, and add you as his/her teacher.)

On the "Student Management" list, a student is fully approved to attend District 5 Science Day when:
- Registration Status = "Complete"
- AND Approval Status = "Approved"
- AND Final Status = "Complete"
Please plan to complete forms as you did in the past - download them from here: http://uakron.edu/wrsd/forms-download.dot. (There are three sets) (Please start filling out as soon as possible.) Fill out what you can by using Adobe Reader and a word processor for the Plan and Abstract.
When your students receive a Superior, please register on Stemwizard, pay the registration fee, and upload the scanned forms.
YOU MAY UPLOAD MULTIPLE FORMS IN A SINGLE PDF FILE!!!
- On the Forms Milestone, 1) click the "Upload your files" box, 2) click the check boxes for each form contained in your big PDF, then 2) upload your big pdf (ONCE! Yay!). To correct a form – scan just-that-form, and check only that form’s name, then upload.
