UA Employee Concert Tickets - 2 easy steps!

STEP 1 - Purchase

Employees are eligible to purchase up to four tickets at $40 each. Seating will be general in the upper bowl of the J.A.R.

NOTE - You only have one chance to purchase tickets - online only!
Once you click the Buy button below, you will be asked to sign in with your UANet ID and password.  This will only work once! 
Before logging in, know how many tickets you are getting. You will not be able to log in a second time to purchase additional tickets.

The ticketing system accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and electronic check.

If you experience issues logging into the online sales system, include your full name, EMPLID number, and UANet ID in an email to:

 STEP 2 - Redeem

After you purchase your tickets online, you'll get an email receipt - the receipt is not your ticket, but you need it to get them.

You must PRINT your receipt. Take your printed receipt and Zip Card to redeem your tickets at:

  • Athletics Ticket Office
    InfoCision Stadium - weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    Corner of Exchange St. and Union St.


Friday, April 20, 2018, at James A. Rhodes Arena at The University of Akron.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m., concert begins at 7:30 p.m.

Lost or stolen tickets and/or floor access wristbands will not be replaced.

Send an email to with your full name, student ID number, and UANet ID.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and doors open at 6:30 p.m. There is NO need for you to be lined up prior to doors opening. Individuals with floor access wristbands will be directed to the floor upon entering. Everyone else will have general admission seating. For security reasons, we will NOT be opening the doors to the arena until 6:30 p.m. so please plan accordingly for weather.

On the ticket order form, you have the ability to indicate what special accommodations you will need for the show. Please be specific as to what you require. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests. If you have further questions regarding ADA, please contact for assistance.

If it's not on the list below, don't bring it:

  • Cell phone
  • Clutch purse - subject to search (no larger than 6 inches by 4 inches)
  • keys/lanyard
  • Health related or allergy needs
  • Service animal only
  • Small binoculars (no case)
