Information Technology Services (ITS) continues to vacate current IP addresses by March 2022. As a result, all departmental servers not currently in the Computer Center will need to be migrated to new IP addresses if they have not been migrated already. In addition to changing the IP addresses, ITS will be working with departments to ensure that UA security standards are in place for those systems based on a recent penetration test that identified several areas for improvement for public-facing services.
Effective Friday, Dec. 17, at 1 p.m., ITS will be disabling public access to unknown systems and services that physically reside outside the Computer Center.
Contact the IT Service desk, select "Server" and complete the form to let us know about an existing department server(s) or system(s).
