The migration of advising notes from GradesFirst into PeopleSoft Advising has been completed. Access to these advising notes within PeopleSoft is afforded through the PeopleSoft Advising Notes portal and not through the Nolij document management system. The benefit of having these notes within PeopleSoft rather than Nolij is that it provides access to all documentation in one central location.
The advising notes are accessible within PeopleSoft by the Category of “GRDSFIRST” and the Subcategory of “HISTORIC”. An example of how these notes appear in PeopleSoft is shown below.
