Students must submit forms to the School of Law and the College of Business Administration to gain approval for transfer courses.
The College of Business Administration admits JD/MBA students to the Interdisciplinary Concentration. This allows students to submit nine law credits for transfer to the MBA. The form should be submitted shortly after admission and should list all nine credits worth of courses the student seeks to take for transfer. Courses must be approved prior to enrollment.
Students in the JD/M. Taxation or MS Accountancy program are limited to specific courses approved by the School of Accountancy. The CBA Common Petition form should be submitted shortly after admission for approval of all nine credits of law courses to be transferred. Courses must be approved prior to enrollment. This form may also be used for students completing the discontinued JD/MSM-HR program or discontinued MBA concentration options.
