Dean's Office

The Dean’s Office is the hub of operations at the University Libraries. Dean’s Office staff oversees strategic planning, budgeting, communications and facility management for the library system at the University of Akron. Decisions involving careful consideration of resource and equipment purchases as well as personnel actions are managed by this office. Staff coordinates library services and programs, provides resources to promote student success and information competency throughout the campus, and spearheads community-related activities promoting collaboration.
