Schrank Hall North 152 Testing Lab
Computer Based Testing maintains an 82 station computer testing Lab, with 2 distraction reduced testing rooms for students with accommodations, in Schrank Hall North 152 on the University of Akron main campus. Testing is done by appointment or walk-in basis during the open lab hours of operation. Services include computer-based UA course testing, placement testing for UA students, and Scantron test scoring for UA faculty. Students in Need of Test Equipment or Space?
Currently enrolled students can access laptops through Bierce Library and our Department of Information Technology Services. How to check out a laptop. Faculty are also encouraged to refer students to the testing centers if they lack appropriate space or equipment, or prefer to take online administered testing in person.
